Fatality reported in Kearney County

A 4th of July accident results in fatality in Kearney County. Around 5:30 that morning the Kearney County Sheriffs office received a 911 call reporting a vehicle accident in the east ditch 1 mile south of highway 6 and 34. The vehicle is reported to have drove of the road entered the ditch and rolled. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene no names are being released pending notification of family, and although the accident is still under investigating the Kearney County Sheriffs office says seatbelts were in use.
